I literally grew up on boats and have been a USCG licensed captain for over 45 years. While serving as captain on an Offshore Wind Survey Vessel, I recognized the many opportunities coming available to fishermen and mariners so my wife and I started our company to help fishermen and mariners get involved in Offshore Wind so they can better support their families. Hi my name is Troy – My husband and I got the idea to start Offshore Wind Farm Support, LLC so we could work together and help the Offshore Wind Industry and provide jobs to local mariners who have been struggling. We are growing by leaps and bounds and it feels great knowing we can help struggling mariners to get involved in Offshore Wind and better support their families.

Lynn grew up on the back deck of a fishing boat and worked his way up from green-horn kid to captain. With over 35 years of experience on the water, Lynn is one of the most well known and experienced fishermen on the eastern seaboard. Contact Us to book Lynn for your next project!

Ed grew up in Connecticut and as soon as he could, he went to work on fishing boats. He went from greenhorn to captain in just a few years because of this focus and dedication.

Scott worked out of Pt. Judith, RI on some of the largest draggers and freezer processors in the port. He knows the area like the back of his hand and is friendly with 99% of the fishermen in the area.

Mitch is a 2nd generation fishermen out of Pt. Judith RI. Mitch grew up on the back deck of commercial fishing boats, enlisted with the US Coast Guard for 6 years and went back fishing. His dad encouraged him to look into Offshore Wind, and he is one of our top young men in the field. Mitch is working on getting his Captain License so he can further his career in Offshore Wind.
